I/We hereby authorize the conveyancing attorney to obtain payoff information from the Mortgagee(s) or other security holder(s) listed above and in connection therewith hereby authorize any equity mortgage lender(s) to freeze the equity account. In the event closing does not take place, the Buyer or its attorney will authorize lender to free-up the account. The Seller hereby authorizes the mortgagee(s), upon receipt of the payoff funds, to close the account and forward a Discharge of Mortgage in accordance with the instructions provided with the payoff check. |
